Substitution Policy

While the actual bouquet may not exactly match the photo, it will maintain a similar vibe. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers may occur due to weather, seasonal changes, and market conditions that can affect availability. If substitutions are necessary for the gift you have selected, we will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement are preserved, and we will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. We also offer exchanges — please contact us to arrange your return or exchange.
